After you have completed the payment of your order, you will return to your account to verify the receiving address one last time, and send the coins.
If you see in your transaction history that the payment status remains 'Open', we have not received payment and the coins can not be sent.
In this case, please check if the amount has been debited from your bank account. If this is not the case, the payment has not been successful and the order will automatically be cancelled. Try again by placing a new order. Is the payment still unsuccessful, or has an amount already been debited from your bank account? Please contact us so that we can look for a solution.
