How do I verify my (credit) cards?

We do this by asking you to send a redacted photo of your physical credit card on which we need to see:

• The last 4 digits of your card number.
• Your full name.

Please redact all other information for your own safety.

After this verification we will delete your photo, we do not save this information.

Virtual credit cards

In some cases you may have used a virtual credit card, in which case you may not have a physical version of this card. That is no issue, in that case please send a screenshot of your virtual card instead.

We still need to see:

• The last 4 digits of your card number.
• Your full name.

If your full name is not visible in the screenshot, please send:

• A screenshot of your virtual card showing the last 4 digits of your card number.
• Additional proof that your name is connected to the credit card number, for example a bank statement.

After this verification we will delete your screenshots, we do not save this information.
