BTC Direct is registered as a company with De Nederlandse Bank (DNB), this means we have to comply with European regulations enforced by the DNB. This includes wallet verification.
When you verify your wallet address, it is important to share with us the required information in the screenshot. Follow the guidelines below to ensure your screenshot meets the requirements:
- We need to be able to recognise the platform, i.e. a QR code alone is not enough.
- The wallet address must be visible, this may be partial if not otherwise possible.
- It should be a full-screen screenshot, so we should be able to see the entire desktop, for example.
