It is not permitted to initiate business transactions from a personal account, except in the case of a sole proprietorship.

Risk of costs in case of an incorrect transaction:
If you make a payment from a personal account (and you are not a sole proprietor), we are required to reverse the purchase. This means we will resell the purchased coins on the market. Due to price fluctuations, there’s a high chance you will receive fewer euros back than your original purchase amount. This financial risk lies with the customer.
