Definitely! You can pay using Visa and Mastercard. We accept physical and virtual creditcards with your own name on it.
Has your card not been verified by our platform yet? Then you can buy up to a total limit of 2.500 euros with this card. If you wish to remove this limit we need to receive a picture of this card at support@btcdirect.eu on which we can only see the last 4 digits and the full name on the card.
The picture will be immediately removed from our systems after verification. Verifications take place on weekdays from 09:00-22:00 and on weekends from 10:00-18:00.
Limits
The limits for creditcard transactions are as follows:
- Hero - €2.500 per day (24 hours).
- Satoshi - €10.000 per day (24 hours).
