What should a 'Sofort' payment proof include?

When providing a Sofort payment proof, please ensure that the following details are clearly visible:

• The payment reference
• The amount paid for the order

Please provide us with a screenshot or a bank document that contains the requested information.

As a Dutch company, it is important to note that Sofort payments may take 1-3 working days to be processed and appear in our bank account.

How to submit the proof of payment

If you have made a payment using Sofort, you can send us the proof of payment by emailing it to sepa@btcdirect.eu. If we receive your proof of payment during our opening hours and on the day of your order, we will usually be able to release your coins on the same day.
