A wallet address must be managed by you personally and the platform must be recognizable in the screenshot. We accept the following:
- Wallet platforms (hardware - software - online - paper wallets).
- Exchange platforms (Kraken, Kucoin, etc).
- Gambling websites.
We only accept full-screen screenshots where the entire desktop is visible.
A screenshot of a mobile wallet will require the entire screen to be visible.
We cannot accept the following screenshots:
- Payments made on a platform/person.
- Attempts of purchasing illegal products / services.
- Fraudulent exchange platforms.
- The wallet address received in a Whatsapp conversation.

Please note: We can change your wallet address manually. Please contact our customer service team to ask what you need to send for this.
