Why did my wallet verification fail?

A wallet address must be managed by you personally and the platform must be recognizable in the screenshot. We accept the following:

• Wallet platforms (hardware - software - online - paper wallets).
• Exchange platforms (Kraken, Kucoin, etc).
• Gambling websites.

We only accept full-screen screenshots where the entire desktop is visible.
A screenshot of a mobile wallet will require the entire screen to be visible, including the taskbar.

We cannot accept the following screenshots:

• Payments made on a platform/person.
• Attempts of purchasing illegal products / services.
• Fraudulent exchange platforms.
• The wallet address received in a Whatsapp conversation.

• Wallet addresses that do not match the wallet address you used when creating your order. Please note: We can change your wallet address manually. Please contact our customer service team to ask what you need to send for this.
