When a successful payment is done the coins are bought immediately for you. That means that if you would like to cancel your order, we have to sell the coins again on the crypto market. The remaining amount in euros will be refunded to the bank account with which you paid.
Keep in mind that it is therefore possible you will receive less euros back in your bank account.
Moreover, as long as the order is not completed, we can still change the receiving address you have given for your coins. If you want to do this, please contact us.
