Step 2: Scheduling the call
In the email, we will ask for a suitable time and the phone number at which we can reach you. This way, we call at a time that is convenient for you.
Step 3: The verification call
The call itself is short. For example, we might ask questions about a recent action on your account to confirm it was you. The sole purpose is to ensure the security of your account.

To protect you from scammers, it is crucial to know what we will never ask, neither by email nor by phone:
