Do you support non '3DS' security credit cards?

As a cryptocurrency platform, we handle sensitive transactions on behalf of our users. To ensure the highest levels of protection, we do NOT accept payments from non-3D Secure (3DS) credit cards.

Why not?

The digital and decentralized nature of cryptocurrency makes it attractive to many users, but it also means the ecosystem is more vulnerable to certain risks. Credit card fraud, chargebacks, and unauthorized transactions can be significant problems, especially when dealing with high-value transfers.

If you attempt to make a payment with a non-3DS credit card, the transaction will be declined. While this may be inconvenient, it is a necessary step to protect both your assets and our platform from the risks associated with unauthorized transactions.

We recommend checking with your bank to see if 3DS is supported and enabled on your card. Most major banks offer 3DS, and many cards are automatically enrolled in this service. If your card does not support 3DS, consider using one of the alternative payment methods.
