How to use the Bank transfer payment method?

1. Bank transfer method

To create a bank transfer order you will need to fill in the amount of cryptocurrency you wish to buy.

The cryptocurrency you would receive is an estimation, it will depend on the time your payment is received by us.

Should your bank be connected to the 'Instant Payment Network', your payment will arrive instantly with us and thus the estimation will be very close to the actual amount of coins you will receive.

Is your bank not connected to the instant payment network? In that case it depends on the processing speeds of your bank and the time on which you placed your order, it may take multiple business days.

1.1 Instant Payment Network Overview

The list attached to the bottom of this article will contain all banks whom are connected to the 'Instant Payment Network'. You may check your bank's "BIC" code to this list. 

Do this by using the search functionality "Command/Ctrl + F" button combination and paste in the BIC code you wish to find.

2. Order Details Overview

Once you've accepted your order you will be forwarded to the order overview. In this overview you will see the exact details which you need to use when sending the payment to our bank account.

Make sure to use the copy/paste buttons provided in the overview to prevent any manual mistakes.

We can only recognise payment which match the exact description provided by us, should you use different details our system may not be able to recognise it and you order will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

3. Processing

Now you've successfully sent the payment for your Bank transfer order we will need to wait for it to be received.

• When you've never used this IBAN before or it was declined, one of our Customer Support agents will need to manually check it.

Take in account that our opening hours are as follows: 

Weekdays: 9:00h - 22:00h

Weekends and Holidays: 10:00h - 18:00h

• When you have used this IBAN before and it was approved, your order will be automatically completed once your payment has been received by us.

Please note: if you have created a bank transfer order but did not send the payment; the order will be automatically cancelled after 10 days.
