Why has my identity document or passport been rejected?

For activating your account we ask you to upload pictures of your identity document. Please pay attention to the following in order to achieve a fast verification:

• We only accept pictures, no scans. 
• The entire document must be visible (including all 4 corners of the document).
• All document data (with exception of the citizen service number) must be visible. 
• The document can not be expired.
• The picture must be of high quality (guideline is 1MB or more).
• The document must be coloured 
• It can not be a picture of a picture.
