When you click 'Register' on the top right of our homepage, the account activation process will automatically start. Activating your account only takes three small steps:
- Verify your email address
- Verify your phone number
- Send the following documents to support@btcdirect.eu
- A photo of your ID card (front and back) or your passport. Please note that we do not accept scanned documents.
- An 'ID-selfie', in which you appear holding your identity document/passport next to your face. Make sure that the document is well readable.
