Why do I have to send a proof of payment when I make a bank transfer?

When you open an order and choose the bank transfer payment option, we can guarantee you this price for 15 minutes. Within these 15 minutes you can transfer us the payment from your online banking or your local bank. To verify that you have actually made the transfer we ask you to provide us with a proof of payment. This can be a screenshot of the online transfer or a picture of the receipt from your bank. When we receive the proof that the money has been transferred we then buy and reserve the coins for your order.

Your coins will be sent as soon as your payment is received. Please note that bank transfers usually take 1 to 3 business days to be processed.
